Pig body will be delivered onto the receiving table beside the scalding tank, after unhooking by the auto-unhooking device. For this scalding tank, we can provide solutions of manual or repeated scalding machine, two options. Temperature for pig scalding is about 55-65 degree, for better dehairing procedure. Scalding time is about 4-6 minutes. A window for water steam drainage will be designed above the scalding tank.
Pig body will be delivered into the pig scalding tank via the motorized chain, moving in V shape inside this sealed tank. The scalding time is about 4-6 minutes. During the scalding process, we need to design a pressing pole to avoid the pig body floating. Pig body will be driven outside onto the pig carcass dressing line via motorized chain, moving up from the tank.
Top sealed scalding tank will confirm better scalding effect.
Bled pig body will be delivered into steam scalding tunnel by motorized chain with hooks. Automatic processing will much reduce the labor cost and enhance working efficiency. Mechanical pig steam scalding will make sure high hygiene, no cross contamination, etc.
This steam scalding tunnel method is the most advanced technology, most ideal scalding method until now.
